Supply and installation of a desalination plant on the island of Thirasia with Renewable Energy Sources

In the Municipality of Thira, the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company has collaborated with the University of Stavanger, Norway to upgrade its desalination plants. The plan has involved the installation of a new desalination plant on the island of Thirassia and powering its energy consumption with renewable energy sources.
